Due to Covid-19, the 2021 race will be a VIRTUAL 5K taking place from Feb. 19-21. The 21st would have been the 81st birthday of Mr. Lewis, so it’s a great weekend to celebrate his life.

Anyone anywhere can be part of this event. You can run the scenic route along the John Lewis Freedom Trail (from Ponce de Leon to Old Fourth Ward) that we traveled last year or come up with your own. Tag #dearjohn5k and share your thoughts and pix. Connect on Facebook or Twitter/@dearjohn5K too.
